The Sleepy Bear Blueprint is a unique approach to baby sleep consulting that gives you the personalized plan you need while connecting you with an entire community of supportive parents
What if you could have a roadmap to better sleep that fits your parenting style?
Your baby could nap in their crib for 1h+
Your baby knew how to fall asleep independently in less than 15min every night
Your baby didn't need to nurse every time they wake up
Your baby's sleep was more predictable during the day
You could introduce independent sleep without using the Cry-it-out or Ferber methods
I'll write you a personalized sleep plan based on a questionnaire you'll have to complete. It includes safe sleep recommendations, a sleep technique and an ideal schedule to follow.
All techniques require you to be in the room with your child and to help them through the process. You'll be allowed to pick them up, touch them and cuddle them if you want to.
You will have a lifetime access to the Facebook support group where you can ask your questions, share your wins and talk with other moms going through the same process as you.
These are designed to help you during sleep training, I will answer any questions you have.

I'm convinced that everyone CAN have a baby who takes long naps and sleeps all night without waking up every hour.
BUT the truth is that for some families, it doesn't happen naturally and parents have to do some extra work to make that happen.
I'm one of these families! And the thing is that I hated the thoughts of having my baby cry alone in her room.
So I found a way to help my baby feel more comfortable sleeping alone and take longer naps without leaving her side. And IT WORKED!
This is why I love my program and I can't wait to help you sleep better without that feeling of "traumatizing" your baby!
"We used to co sleep and I wanted my 13month old daughter to have her own space. "
"I probably wouldn’t have been willing to sleep train without Maggie’s encouragement and guidance. We followed her advice, exactly as written and it worked! She did a great job!"
Here is what my incredible moms have to say
"He slept from 6pm to 6am and woke up only because my wife was getting ready for work!"
"My son had a very poor sleep. He used to wake up every 2 hours, ended up in our bed and took hours to resettle. He used to fight naps during the day too.
Maggie was amazing and encouraging throughout and has given us our lives back! Theo has more energy and is less grumpy and we are too!"
"I truly was at a breaking point and in a dark cloud with zero sleep because of our Knox!"
"When the schedule came I felt "Oh man I hope I can do this" but within 3 days we were seeing results and it came so easy to the babies once they were adjusted. My husband even commented about
how much better it is, and how much happier and more energy I have!"
Nope! All of my techniques require to be with your child and to respond to them when they need it. You can pick them up, cuddle them and touch them when necessary.
I've never used CIO and even banned Ferber from my coaching. I believe CIO is not necessary and way too hard on parents and children.
The sleep plan that I write for you is based on the information you give me so it is important that you share every little thing. It is created to set you up for success!
Not seeing results will be possible IF you don't follow every step of the plan I wrote for you or if you give up too soon.
Every family has seen improvements after working with me and I haven't had a single family following the plan and not seeing improvements at all.
The Sleepy Bear Blueprint focuses on introducing independent sleep in a crib or a pack n play. If you'd like to continue bedsharing, I would recommend to wait until you are ready to transition your baby to their own sleep space.
Absolutely! You don't have to stop room-sharing if you are not ready.
Keep in mind that some babies sleep better in their own room, especially if the parents are loud sleepers.
Teaching independent sleep to your baby doesn't mean you have to eliminate all feeds during the night.
I recommend not touching any night feeds until your baby knows how to fall asleep independently because most of the time, they will wean themselves when they are ready.
Depending on your baby's age, it is possible to help them wean the night feeds, especially if this has became a habit.
I can accept payment plans upon request. Make sure you reach out to me by email if this is something that interests you.
